Plavito real estate team leader is typically the person in charge. They are responsible for overseeing the team’s operations, setting goals, and ensuring the rest of the team works efficiently. Plavito team leaders are more than just a boss. They also work as mentors to their staff and are genuinely happy to help them with whatever they need to succeed.
 
Salary €29 per hour

Administrative staff

While the role title sounds like a transaction coordinator, the administrative staff have an entirely different role. This can include positions such as secretaries or assistants that can help the team by answering office phone calls, returning emails, making copies of important documents, and managing schedules.

Salary €19 per hour.

Website and/or Marketing

Get up to 10x more traffic than its current volume. We’ll build your website so you get time back to focus on your business. Our team of experts will create and manage your social media presence. Salary €27 per hour.

Sales agents

P-REVA sales agents are the individuals who find, list, and sell properties. Some of their day-to-day duties include researching and gathering details about a client’s property to add to their listing, staying up to date with current market conditions, and preparing documents, such as representation and purchase contracts.

Salary €21 per hour.

Multilingual support

P-REVA Multilingual support extends the customer support experience to people who don’t speak English, or who are more comfortable conversing in another language. The service works by offering your customers a language choice when they call your support line. After identifying their language preference, your customers will be transferred to a support person or content they can readily understand.
 
Salary €24 per hour.

Website maintenance

Website maintenance services ensure websites remain secure, fast, and functional through regular updates, backups, security monitoring, and content updates. Essential for preventing downtime and boosting SEO, these services often include CMS (e.g., WordPress) plugin updates, bug fixes, and performance optimization. 

Salary €17 per hour.
